Zhuhai Huafa Yung Wing Kindergarten, Main Branch is a large school of 20+ foreign teachers and 500+ students. We are looking to hire a bilingual English/Chinese speaker with experience working with international teams. Curriculum development and kindergarten teaching experience is preferred.
Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Hiring teachers
-Teacher training
-Curriculum development
-Office/paperwork related duties
-Conducting weekly staff meetings
-Communicating with and supporting other branches
-Organizing and planning school-wide events
-Cooperating with Chinese administration for school-wide events, class changes, and staff announcements
- Work hours: 8:00am-11:30am, 2:30pm-5:30pm, Monday-Friday
Benefits:
- Salary between 24,000-29,000
- Yearly performance bonus of up to 20,000 RMB
- 3-hour lunch breaks (11:30am - 2:30pm)
- 3 meals/day provided free

- Our kindergarten follows the HighScope method, which emphasizes active participatory learning. Active learning means students have direct, hands-on experiences with people, objects, events, and ideas.
- Ages of students range from 2-6 years old
- We follow a curriculum based around large and small group teaching, to help maximize one on one time with each student. This also helps with class management.
- We have many free choice activity facilities, including a swimming pool, sandbox, running track, soccer court, basketball court, playground, science room, library, role-play stations, cooking room, and more!
