Job Description

1.Teach all areas of the curriculum, keeping up to date with changes and development;
2.Organize the classroom and learning resources and create displays to encourage a positive learning environment;
3.Provide personalized learning materials and resources for using relevant technology to support instruction;
4.Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within the class (personalized learning);
5.Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and agreements of the school;
6.Meet requirements for the assessment and maintain accurate and complete records of pupils’ development;
7.Provide feedback to parents or legal guardians on a pupil’s progress at parents’ evenings and other meetings;
8.Meet with other professionals such as educational psychologists, in order to resolve the problems that students may have;
9.Attend professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops in order to maintain and improve professional competence;
10.Organize and take part in school events, outings and activities which may take place at weekends or in the evening;

Requirements

1.Native German speaker;
2.Good knowledge of English;
3.Bachelor's degree or above (Education related majors preferred);
4.Clear criminal background check;
5.Completed German education (1st and 2nd state examination or equivalent Austrian/Swiss degree);
6.A minimum two years of previous teaching experience in related field;
7.Teaching certificate preferred;

Salary and Benefits

1.Base salary 21,000 RMB - 31,000 RMB after tax per month based on experience and qualifications;
2.13th month salary;
3.Housing allowance 6,000 RMB – 11,000 RMB per month;
4.Foreign allowance 4,000 RMB – 8,000 RMB per month;
5.Rental insurance allowance 20% of the salary;
