Job description
As a Sales assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in completing various sales tasks, including reception of business visitors, company products introduction, market research, sales data analysis, sales contract management, and sales schedule coordination. In addition, you will also be responsible for planning, organizing, executing, and tracking sales projects to ensure progress and goals are achieved.

Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for reception of company business visitors, ensuring civility, politeness,
enthusiasm, and thoughtfulness, and providing excellent company and products
introductions.
- Assist the sales team in developing sales schedules, including sales meetings, training
sessions, and business travel arrangement etc
- Assist the sales team in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and provide
relevant data support.
- Participate in the planning, organizing, executing, and tracking of sales projects to ensure
progress and goals are achieved.
- Prepare sales reports, including project progress reports and sales data analysis reports.
- Assist the sales team in communicating with clients, handling customer complaints, and
maintaining customer relationships.
- Responsible for the collection, organization, and analysis of sales data, and assist the sales
team in developing sales strategies.
- Manage sales contracts, including drafting, reviewing, signing, fulfilling, modifying, and
terminating contracts.
- Participate in the training and skill improvement of the sales team.

Skills
Bachelor's degree or above Good communication skills Proficient in office software Strong data analysis & logical thinking
