Responsibilities

Requirements to teach in China:
• Speaks English at an Idiomatic level.
• Degree: BA or above (Education, linguistics or English degree given top priority).
• Experience: TEFL / TESOL / CELTA.
• Relocate: Must be willing to relocate to China.
Position Details:
• Student age range: 3-18 years old
• Class size: 12 to 16
• Class length: 60 minutes
• Working Hours:20 teaching hours per week, from Monday to Sunday, Two days off in the middle of the week
• Curriculum: EF own curriculums.
• Chinese Teaching Assistant: Yes.
• Training: Yes. Paid. Online training centre training and citywide training.
What We Offer our Teachers:

Your compensation will include:
Monthly income: 16000RMB~20000RMB Pre-tax
Base Salary: 10000RMB~12000RMB After tax
• Housing: Provide independent apartment. Single room. Or housing allowance 2000RMB.
• Bonus: Contract completion bonus 24000RMB.
• Teaching Bouns：4000RMB per quarter (According to teaching hours)

Additional Payments:

• Over time: Yes, 200RMB/hour.
• Insurance: Aetna worldwide coverage health insurance provided (4000RMB per year)
• Public Holiday: Chinese public holidays and Christmas day paid off.
• Annual Holiday: 10 days paid leave.
• Sick Leave: Paid sick leave 3 days per year.
• Certificate：Fully subsidized Cambridge University Young Learners Teacher Knowledge Test certificate.(Once)
