Verantwortlichkeiten:
1.Entwicklung und Pflege von lokalen Kunden in Deutschland
2.Entwicklung und Pflege von lokalen Dozenten in Deutschland
3.Planung und Durchführung von Offline-Aktivitäten in Deutschland
4.Teilnahme an europäischen Branchenausstellungen, Unterstützung beim Standaufbau und der Kundenakquise
5.Aufnahme und Bearbeitung von Videos, Veröffentlichung von Bildern und Texten, Aufbau und Pflege von deutschsprachigen Social-Media-Konten
6.Unterstützung des chinesischen Teams bei der Übersetzung von Texten
7.Überwachung des Aufbaus, des Betriebs und der Beziehungspflege von Social-Media-Konten
8.Versiert in der Datenanalyse, Kombination von Daten zur Planung und Durchführung der Online-Promotionsstrategien des Unternehmens

Qualifikationen:

1.Deutsch kann als Arbeitssprache verwendet werden, Beherrschung von Hören, Sprechen, Lesen und Schreiben. Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams von 3 oder mehr Personen ist von Vorteil
2.Verhandlungsgeschick und starke soziale Fähigkeiten

German Market Specialist (Work From Home in Germany)

Responsibilities:
1.Development and maintenance of local clients in Germany
2.Development and maintenance of local lecturers in Germany
3.Planning and execution of offline activities in Germany
4.Participation in European industry exhibitions, assisting in booth setup and customer acquisition
5.Shooting and editing videos, posting images and text, building and maintaining German-language social media accounts
6.Assisting the Chinese team in translating copywriting
7.Supervising the construction, operation, and user relationship maintenance of social media accounts
8.Proficient in data analysis, combining data to plan and execute the company's online promotion strategies
9.Driving the landing execution of key promotion initiatives, responsible for coordinating cross-departmental communication to ensure project progress and results
10.Other tasks assigned by the department manager

Qualifications:

1.German can be used as a working language, proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Experience leading a team of 3 or more people is preferred
2.Negotiation skills and strong social abilities
3.Able to control the visual and audiovisual effects of social media according to company requirements and local culture, completing the company's brand promotion plan
