Position:STEAM Early Childhood Teacher

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the Oaks Academy curriculum, aligned with our educational philosophies and adhering to childcare regulations and National Quality Standards.
- Cultivate a positive and stimulating learning environment that fosters child-directed learning and exploration.
- Formulate and apply strategies to encourage positive behavior and social development among children.
- Establish and maintain open lines of communication with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Diligently observe, document, and track the growth, development, and behavior of students.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a daycare or preschool setting, or an undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education for those without experience.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer programs, including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Visa requirements as stipulated by the Chinese government:
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- A passport holder from a native English-speaking country.
- A clean criminal record.
