1.Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 hours per day, around 25 lessons per week, 40 minutes per class;
2.Student Level: High school students, Grades 9-12;
3.Curriculum: AP/IGCSE/A-Level;

Job Description

1.To undertake a designated program of teaching related subjects across all key stages, and be a role model for students, inspiring them to be actively interested in the subject;
2.Ensure the classroom is well-organized for purposeful activity throughout the day;
3.Implement and model high standards of work practice and review, critically reflecting, and evaluating one’s own practice;
4.Show great individual care and support for the students, promoting learning styles that cater to individual differences;
5.Establish clear instructional objectives, utilizing core teaching resources and supplementary materials;
6.Assess and analyse student progress to inform instruction and provide constructive feedback to promote Students’ progress;
7.Respect, appreciate and understand differences in learning and school culture;
8.Participate in a culture of professional learning;
9.Work cooperatively with fellow-staff members and administrators. Be accountable and a positive advocate for all management decisions;
10.Contribute to afterschool activities on a regular basis;
11.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal or Head of Department;

Requirements

1.Native English speaker;
2.Bachelor's degree or above in Education/related subjects or having teaching certificates;
3.Clear criminal background check;
4.A minimum two years of previous teaching experience in subject;
5.Teaching certificate preferred;
6.Previous working experience in an international school preferred;

Salary and Benefits

1.Base salary 24,000 to 34,000 RMB before tax per month based on experience and qualifications;
2.Housing allowance 4,000 RMB per month provided;
3.Work visa provided - Work Permit, Residence Permit, the notary/authentication fees can be reimbursed with qualified receipt/invoice;
