International Faculty Recruitment for Music Performance (Piano) at Shandong University**
Location:Qufu Campus
Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced international faculty member to join our Music Department, teaching undergraduate students in the field of Music Performance with a focus on Piano.
Contract Duration:
September 2024 to July 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate courses
- Commit to 16 hours of teaching per week
- Participate in school activities on an ad-hoc basis
Teaching Courses
Music Performance (Piano)
Position Requirements:
- Master's degree or above
- Associate Professor or higher academic title
- Specialization in Piano Performance
- 5-10 years of teaching experience
- Priority will be given to candidates with international competition awards
- Passion for higher education, dedication, teamwork, and innovation
Salary and Benefits:
- Monthly pre-tax salary of more than RMB 10,000 for English language foreign teachers; more than RMB 13,000 for professional discipline foreign teachers
- Additional courses can be arranged as needed, with corresponding remuneration
- A holiday allowance equivalent to one month's post-tax salary during the contract period
Accommodation
- A single apartment of approximately 80-90 square meters, including bedroom, study, living room, dining area, kitchen, and bathroom
- Fully furnished with utilities included, free of water and electricity charges
Travel Expenses:
- International round-trip airfare subsidy according to contract standards
- Reimbursement for travel expenses from the port of entry to the school location
Holidays:
- Enjoy the same statutory holidays as Chinese teachers
