The candidate for this position has to be excel at developing and maintaining channel partners across the globe. The candidate is expected to create and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, resulting in sales opportunities. 该岗位须擅长在全球范围内发展和维护渠道合作伙伴。需作为顾问和销售角色,利用专业技能识别和精选潜在客户,从而创造销售机会。
Responsibilities职责
● Lead the team meet and exceed sales targets
● Responsible for developing and maintaining channel partners, prepare channel strategies and implementation
● Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
● Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
● Lead Generation & Lead Conversion: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
● Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
● Conduct Market Research and identify opportunities
● Prepare and deliver presentations/content on products and services
● Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
● 带领团队达成并超越销售目标
● 负责开发和维护渠道合作伙伴,制定并落实渠道战略
● 利用新旧客户创造业务
● 与客户高级管理人员谈判
● 潜在客户生成和潜在客户转换:通过电话、网络和社交媒体积极寻找新的销售机会
● 与客户建立融洽的长期合作关系
● 进行市场研究并发现业务机会
● 准备并呈现有关产品及服务的PPT/内容
● 代表公司参加展会
Requirement要求
● Bachelor’s degree or above, 3+ years’ work experience in a Sales team management
● Prefer Channel Sales Experience.
● Experience in selling to Life Science Research segment will be a plus
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Fast learner, Self-motivated and Result oriented
● Fluency in English; Fluency in any other languages will be a plus
● Be able to travel
