Work content:
1, check the accuracy of the document, responsible for the front desk telephone answering, do a good job of telephone consultation.
2. Be responsible for the reception, registration and guidance of visiting guests, and promptly notify the visitors to receive them.
3, responsible for the maintenance of office environment and office greenery, keep the company clean and healthy, and show the good image of the hospital.
4, to assist the superior leadership in the interior, safety management, to provide timely and effective administrative services for other departments.
5. Perform other duties as assigned, assist the work between departments, and actively complete the temporary affairs assigned by superiors.

Job requirements:
1. College degree or above; Female: height above 165, male above 175, familiar with the workflow of front desk customer service.
2. Fluent in Mandarin; Aviation major, etiquette training is preferred. Knowledge of a third language such as: (Korean, English, Japanese) is preferred.
3. Proactive, careful and responsible.
4. Have learning spirit, and be able to learn and understand various rules and regulations related to post work continuously.
5, good communication skills and plan execution ability, skilled use of office software and so on.
6, good communication skills, service awareness, pressure resistance, a sense of responsibility and affinity.
7. Ability to handle multiple tasks, able to work under pressure and fast-paced working environment.

Working hours: 09: 00-18: 00 in the morning shift and 11: 00-20: 00 in the evening shift.
