Salary: RMB 26-32K pretax, all in

*Contract: one year contract
*Students Age: 2-3 years old PreK

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; Education is preferred
2. Major: Early Childhood or Applied Linguistics is preferred
3. CERT: TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Cert (120 hours) or QTS
4. Teaching Experience: more than 3 years of English teaching (KG experience is preferred)
5. Under 35yo, female, native
6. Criminal background check is required

Responsibilities:
1. Maintain a positive relationship with managers, co-workers, children, and parents
2. Make decorations for the classroom.
3. Lesson plan and prepare additional teaching material.
4. Update childfolio app, including class contents every day, students observation every week
5. Attend school-wide events and activities.
6. Comply with kindergarten rules, regulations, and policies.
7. Maintain a rich and safe environment for children on kindergarten
8. Teach students the kindergarten curriculum.
9. Follow the teaching schedule that is given to you.
10. Prepare for lessons before teaching in a classroom
11. Discipline children in an appropriate manner.
12. Facilitate social interaction amongst children.
13. When parents raise concerns regarding children’s progress, give appropriate attention.

Benefits:
*Assessment Bonus：
1) If passing two assessments during a year, maximum compensation RMB 7500 flight ticket back to his or her home country will be provided
2) 12K is the base, other 12K-18K is paid after passing assessment
*OT salary: RMB 400 yuan / hour (OT hour: 4pm-5pm)
*Insurance: Medical
*Sick Leave： 60% of salary will be paid with providing the doctor's diagnosis during sick day leaves
*Holidays： two weeks of paid Christmas holidays; two weeks of paid Chinese New Year (including one week of national holiday); two weeks of paid summer holiday; other national holidays)
