Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage Spanish-speaking communities on Telegram and WhatsApp, ensuring active member engagement.
2. Engage with community members, addressing their questions, providing support, gathering feedback, and fostering meaningful discussions.
3. Recruit and manage community admins to ensure smooth group operations.
4. Collaborate with the team to plan and execute events that boost community participation and loyalty.
5. Monitor community trends, swiftly addressing any negative issues to maintain a positive environment.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive community growth and promote projects.
7. Analyze community data to develop strategies that align with business goals.Skill

Requirements:
1. Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills.
2. Prior experience with managing Telegram and WhatsApp communities is a plus.
3. Proven track record in growing, engaging, and converting community members, with a focus on achieving targets.
4. Positive, communicative, proactive, and a strong team player.
