Responsibilities:
Manage projects from initiation to completion, leading design through conceptualization, execution, and production with support from Project Management
Oversee the conceptualization and execution of design projects for digital marketing campaigns.
Develop creative strategies to effectively communicate brand messages across various digital platforms.
Create visually stunning artwork for social media channels, adhering to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Lead the design process for websites, ensuring seamless user experiences and visually appealing interfaces.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketers, to optimize website performance and functionality.
Stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies to enhance website design capabilities.
Requirements:
5-7 years in relevant design-level positions at significant global consumer brands.
A good command of written and speaking English as the working language.
Ability to lead and collaborate on high-impact and complex projects
Ability to finish assignments independently
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media artwork and website design.
Experience developing visual content for social media
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
