School ESL Teacher Position Available in Beijing Tongzhou District
Location: Beijing Tongzhou District
Students' Age: Grades 9-12
School Type: K12 International Private School
Subject: High School ESL Teacher
Workload: 20-25 class hours per week (40 minutes per class hour); weekends off
Working Hours: 7:40 AM - 5:20 PM Monday - Thursday; Finish at 4:00 PM Friday
Contract Length: 1 - 2 years
Start Date: asap
Benefits and Remuneration Package:
Salary Competitive before-tax salary ranging from 25,000 to 35,000 RMB per month
-Contract: One academic year contract, renewable
-Medical Insurance: Comprehensive medical insurance provided
- Housing: Free on-campus, private furnished housing
- Travel: Reimbursed annual flights home
- Bonuses： Contract completion and renewal bonuses of 20,000 RMB in one school year

Holidays:

- Spring Festival:14 days
- Chinese Public Holidays: Provided

Holiday Pay:
- Paid winter or summer holidays (dates determined by the school)
- Calculated by dividing the normal monthly salary by 60% and prorating the number of holidays
- Payable on the 10th working day of the first month after school begins, available when teachers have arrived on campus and are continuing their contract
- For teachers who have worked less than one semester, holiday pay shall be paid according to the proportion of the actual working hours to the working hours of the semester
