Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of the company’s software products to ensure system stability;
2. Participate in the requirements analysis, design, development, and testing of software projects, providing technical support;
3. Write and maintain operation and maintenance-related documents to improve operational efficiency;
4. Work closely with the development team to ensure software quality and performance;
5. Conduct regular inspections of the system to identify and resolve potential issues;
6. Participate in the development and improvement of operational processes and standards to enhance operational levels;
7. Promptly address customer feedback, collect and organize requirement issues, and provide high-quality customer service.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with a valid work permit in Indonesia;
2. More than 1 year of experience in software operations and maintenance, familiar with Linux operating systems and common operational tools;
3. Proficient in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, etc.;
4. Familiar with network, database, storage, and other infrastructures, with some troubleshooting capabilities;
5. Good communication skills and team spirit, able to handle certain work pressure;
6. Local personnel in Indonesia, fluent in Chinese and English, with strong reading and writing abilities.
7. Based in Indonesia: Cikarang and Jakarta
