Job Description

1.To plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences for all children;
2.To prepare the classroom environment for meaningful class activities;
3.To provide a variety of learning materials and resources;
4.To ensure that the classroom is an attractive orderly place where equipment and resources are well managed;
5.To establish and communicate clearly the learning intentions for all activities;
6.To assign and grade class work, homework, tests and assessments in line with school’s policies;
7.To work co-operatively and supportively with all members of staff;
8.To develop supportive and productive relationships with parents;
9.To maintain accurate and complete records of children’s development;
10.To participate in departmental, school-based and parental meetings;

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree or above;
-TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
-Clear criminal background check;
-A minimum two years of previous teaching experience;
-PGCE/QTS/US Teaching license or other equivalent teaching certification;

Salary and Benefits

1.Salary range from 25,000 to 30,000 RMB before tax based on experience and qualifications;
2.Housing allowance:
For Single - 4,000 RMB per month;
For candidate with 2 dependents - 4,500 RMB per month;
For candidate with 3 dependents - 6,000 RMB per month;
3.Work visa provided;
4.Commercial insurance provided;
5.Meals provided during workdays;
6.Flight reimbursement available upon contract completion;
