Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Secondary Physics Teacher to join a bilingual school in Ningbo. Key Responsibilities
- Physics Instruction: Teach physics using diverse teaching methods to engage students and cater to varied learning needs, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards.
- Classroom Management: Foster a positive learning environment and maintain discipline in line with school policies.
- Student Assessment: Regularly evaluate student performance using various assessment methods to track progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and execution of the department’s strategic action plan, integrating innovations in teaching methods and curriculum.
- Professional Development: Participate actively in professional learning programs to enhance subject expertise and teaching techniques.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Physics or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least three years of relevant teaching experience, preferably with international curricula like A-Level or IGCSE.
- Proficiency in classroom management and experience organizing extra-curricular activities is a plus.
- Native-level English proficiency, with strong cross-cultural skills and a commitment to a stable, long-term role.
- Understanding of both Chinese and Western education systems and adaptability to the international curriculum.
