1.Based on market demand, develop baking product design and research and development plans, and promote the implementation of research and development projects;

2. Establish a standard system for new product development, product upgrades, and product control, and lead the R&D team to efficiently complete the company's new product launch, quality improvement, cost reduction, and other tasks;

3. Based on sales and market feedback, keep up with market trends and improve and adjust products at any time;

4. According to the company's development strategy plan, assist and provide support to various departments in the development and implementation of new products;

5. Fully responsible for the daily management of the department, including personnel selection, training, performance management and incentives, team building, and cost management.
