Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing & Media Communication Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for leading product marketing strategies, managing media and public relations, overseeing social media operations and advertising, and developing high-impact content to drive brand awareness and demand generation. You will work closely with product management, sales, and other teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Product Marketing Strategy:
○Develop and implement product marketing strategies to support launches, market penetration, and growth objectives.
○Define product positioning, messaging, and unique value propositions in collaboration with product management.
○Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
○Create and maintain a library of case studies, product marketing assets, and competitive intelligence for easy access by sales teams and partners.
○Develop sales enablement materials, including brochures, presentations, whitepapers, and battle cards.
○Ensure all product marketing content is updated and aligned with the latest product features and market developments.
2.Media Communication and Public Relations:
○Develop and execute media communication strategies, including PR campaigns, press releases, and media outreach.
○Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, industry influencers, and partners to maximize positive coverage.
○Oversee the development of media kits, editorial content, and communication materials that reinforce brand guidelines.
○Manage crisis communication plans and prepare contingency strategies to protect brand reputation.
3.Social Media Operation and Advertisement:
○Create and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to build brand awareness and engage target audiences.
○Plan and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) to achieve maximum ROI.
○Monitor and analyze social media performance, generating regular reports to guide strategy adjustments.
○Coordinate with content creators and designers to develop engaging social media content aligned with overall marketing objectives.
○Maintain a content calendar for social media channels to ensure consistent and strategic messaging.
4.Content Development and Management:
○Lead the creation of compelling marketing content such as brochures, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and web content.
○Work with creative and digital teams to develop innovative marketing assets that resonate with target audiences.
○Oversee the production of multimedia content to enhance content diversity and audience engagement.
5.Demand Generation and Campaign Management:
○Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth through digital, social, and event channels.
○Measure and analyze campaign performance to optimize tactics, content, and media investments.
○Work closely with the sales team to align on lead generation strategies and provide the necessary tools and collateral.
6.Cross-functional Collaboration:
○Collaborate with product management, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with product roadmaps and business goals.
○Partner with digital marketing teams to develop and optimize SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing initiatives.
○Guide and support junior team members and oversee project management to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
7.Market Intelligence and Reporting:
○Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
○Develop and present regular reports on marketing performance, media coverage, social media engagement, and PR effectiveness.
○Maintain a marketing dashboard to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and share insights with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
2.Experience: 5+ years of experience in product marketing, media communication, social media management, or a related field.
3.Skills:
○Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
○Proven experience in executing successful product marketing, media communication, and social media advertising campaigns.
○Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content.
○Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
○Experience in working with media, managing PR agencies, and handling crisis communications.
4.Personal Attributes:
○Creative, proactive, and innovative with a strong problem-solving approach.
○Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
○Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency in all marketing deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience in B2B or B2C marketing, particularly in technology, industrial, or consumer goods sectors.
•Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media advertising platforms, analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.), and CRM systems.
•Proven track record in managing and mentoring junior marketing team members.
