Job responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of this position include conducting follow-up calls with our consumers to assess their satisfaction with our products and collect feedback ratings. The role also involves addressing any pre-sales or post-sales inquiries from customers who may have experienced issues with the products, providing necessary support and solutions. Additionally, this position is responsible for engaging in secondary sales efforts with existing customers to promote further purchases.

Position Requirements:
1.Ability to make 30-50 calls daily, with performance-based compensation.
2.Fluent spoken English.
3.Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is preferred.

Compensation Package:
Monthly base salary of 430 USD plus commission. For each successfully closed order, an additional 2 USD will be added as a commission.
