1.Responsible for overall planning and management of physical stores in overseas countries for the electronic brand, and develop business strategies to expand physical store presence based on market conditions.
2.Implement the overall sales department strategy, develop channel strategies, and ensure their execution to drive local execution in designated regions.
3.Gain an in-depth understanding of market development trends and participate in the formulation and continuous optimization of marketing strategies to drive business strategy development and sustainable growth.
4.Expand channel partnerships, enrich business scenarios, establish long-term, stable channel cooperation relationships, and continuously achieve channel growth.
5.Organize and supervise the implementation of the annual sales plan, responsible for forecasting annual sales, setting and decomposing goals, determining departmental target system and sales quotas, and achieving departmental sales targets.
6.Regularly collect and provide feedback on the market distribution of company products, analyze product development trends, and make recommendations for the future direction of company products.
7.Lead, assist, and train a key customer team to achieve performance targets.
Requirements:
1.Associate degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce offline store management.
2.Experience operating markets in overseas countries, familiar with mainstream e-commerce channel operations, and have relevant customer resources.
3.Develop and organize the implementation of comprehensive sales plans, guide and control the direction and progress of sales work.
4.Strong leadership and coordination skills in marketing organization, with strong analytical, judgment, and decision-making abilities.
5.Possess keen market awareness, adaptability, leadership skills, and the ability to independently explore new markets.
6.Have a strong work ethic and professional ethics, with a sense of responsibility and ambition.
7.Able to travel as required
