We are a European company specializing in e-commerce fulfillment and sourcing. Our warehouse in Shatian handles operations for clients worldwide, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our team in Dongguan. The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented, systematic, and familiar with ERP systems such as MABANG. Experience working with European clients or in a European cultural context is highly valued.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations and team management.
Implement and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency.
Ensure smooth integration and use of ERP systems (e.g., MABANG).
Collaborate with international teams to meet client needs.
Maintain high standards of organization and systematic thinking.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse management and team leadership.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (MABANG experience preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of European work culture and expectations.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
