Basic Info

1.Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm;
2.Student Age: 2 to 3 years old;
3.Location: Chaoyang & Dongcheng District, Beijing;

Job Description

1.Develop schemes of work and lesson plans based on and led by the observed needs and interests of the learners;
2.Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities, field trips that facilitate child centered, inquiry based, active learning experiences;
3.Create a classroom environment that is safe and stimulating;
4.Develop and use appropriate procedures for classroom management, positive guidance and conflict resolution;
5.Document the learner’s progress throughout the year by observing, collecting, assessing and collating student's work;
6.Keep daily instant active communication with parents;
7.Participate in department and school meetings, parent meetings;

Requirements

1.Native English speaker;
2.Bachelor's degree or above (early childhood education related majors preferred);
3.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
4.Clear criminal background check;
5.Previous teaching experience in kindergartens (1 year) or training centers (2 years) required;

Salary and Benefits
1.Salary range 27,000 to 35,000 RMB (after tax) per month based on experience and qualifications;
2.Housing included in the salary package;

6.Holidays:
- All Chinese statutory holidays
- 1 day Christmas holiday
- 15 days paid leave
