Basic Info
1.Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:50pm (with two hour lunch break and preparation periods during the week);
2.Teaching Schedule: Teach 26 periods a week (plan for 13 and teach the same content to two groups – one morning , the other afternoon);
3.Student Age: 3 to 6 years old;
4.Class Length: 40 minutes;

Job Description

1.Design and follow a complete teaching plan suitable for the grade level;
2.Properly organize and utilize learning materials and resources;
3.Implement a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities;
4.Maintain a positive and active learning environment for children;
5.Assess student performance and progress in a timely fashion;
6.Other teacher related tasks, like report writing, parent meetings, etc.;

Requirements
1. Native English speaker;
2. Bachelor's degree or above required (education related majors preferred);
3. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
4. Clear criminal background check;
5. Two years of previous teaching experience in related fields preferred;

Salary and Benefits
1.Starting base salary between 240,000 to 380,000 RMB per year based on experience and qualifications;
2.A 7.5% contract completion bonus at the end of each year;
3.A Relocation allowance;
4.A travel allowance;
5.A utilities allowance;
6.Free ADSL broadband internet in each apartment;
7.Schooling for up to two children per teacher, in either the Bilingual or International (Manitoban) programs;
8.50% of the costs of the school’s group health plan through Ping An insurance (3 levels at the choice of teacher);
9.A furnished two-bedroom apartment (private – not shared) for single teachers or couples, a three bedroom apartment is provided to families of three or more;
10.Yearly salary increase of about 5-8%;
11.Holidays:
- All Chinese statutory holidays
- Christmas Holiday (about 10 days)
- Winter holiday (Chinese New Year)
- Summer holiday (July – August)
