5. Responsible for the recruitment, utilization, management, development, and cost control of human resources, ensuring that each department is streamlined, efficient, and operates normally. While ensuring reasonable staffing, control the total salary.
6. Understand the social labor and human resources, establish business relationships with various job introduction units, prepare the number of suitable personnel according to the employment standards in a timely manner based on the operational needs of the club, recruit suitable personnel for each department, and recommend them to the demand departments.
7. Develop employee salary, labor protection, and welfare insurance management systems and supervise their implementation, responsible for reviewing and approving salary, labor protection and welfare, overtime pay, and other related matters, as well as reviewing or approving various types of leave.
8. Responsible for the training, assessment, rewards and punishments of personnel, and assisting in relevant appointment, removal and deployment work.
9. Participate in the planning of new factory construction, fire safety, environmental impact assessment, factory inspection, and the launch of the new personnel system
10. Establish contact with the social security bureau, fire department, tax bureau, customs entry and exit, customs, handle intermediate entry procedures, and obtain work permits.

1.在总经理,副总直接领导下,全面负责部门的管理工作,掌握业务范围,拟定工作计划,负责执行或督导管理。
2.负责行政工作,建立文件使用管理办法,负责草拟、审查和修改公司重要文件,对文件中设计的重要事项进行跟踪检查和督导,发现问题及时解决和汇报。
3.负责公司规章制度建立工作。负责组织有关部门和人员进行公司管理策划,及时制定完成有关管理制度和方案,推进公司的管理。
4.负责行政档案和人事档案的管理工作,使之更好地为行政人事工作发挥作用。
5.负责人力资源的招聘、使用、管理、开发和人力成本的控制,确保各部门精简、高效、正常动作,在保证合理编制的前提下,控制工资总额。
6.了解社会劳动人力资源,与各职业介绍单位建立业务关系根据俱乐部运作需要,及时按用工标准准备数量,为各部门招聘合适人员,推荐给需求部门。
7.制定员工薪资、劳动保护和福利保险管理制度并监督执行,负责工资、劳保福利、加班费等审核和报批工作,审核或批准各类休假。
8.负责人员的培训、考核、奖惩工作,协助有关任免和调配工作。
9.参与新厂建设规划,消防,环评,验厂,人事新系统上线
10.与社保局,消防局,税务局,海关出入境,海关,建立联系,办理中干入境手续,工作证办理。
