Job Description:
1、Actively monitor and manage online community groups to maintain a welcoming and supportive environment.
2、Respond to member inquiries promptly and accurately.
3、Initiate conversations, post updates, and create engaging content to keep the community active and involved.
4、Moderate discussions and enforce group rules to ensure respectful interactions, addressing any spam or inappropriate behavior.
5、Collaborate with other social media platforms to gain more members.
Gather feedback from the community and share insights with the team to improve engagement strategies.
6、Organize enjoyable monthly events such as giveaways, games, quizzes, and more.

Skill Requirements:
1、Experience: Proven experience in managing online communities on social media platforms.
2、Skills: Strong communication, content creation, and conflict resolution skills, with a good marketing sense.
3、Technical: Proficiency in social media tools for community management and events.
4、Event Management: Ability to plan and execute monthly events like quizzes and giveaways.
5、Teamwork: Collaborative, proactive, and able to gather and share community insights.
6、Personality: Friendly, dynamic, and enthusiastic about building a positive atmosphere.
7、Language: Ability to work entirely in English; Russian-speaking skills are a plus.
