Job Description:
1. Conduct live streaming for second-hand luxury goods on the TikTok platform, introducing products in English throughout the whole process.
2. Maintain the fans in the live streaming room, attract new customers, guide the audience and fans to purchase products, and enliven the atmosphere of the live streaming room.
3. Have a certain ability to control the live streaming session, take advantage of the traffic in the live streaming room, and achieve sales conversion through proficient sales closing techniques.
4. Be familiar with and learn product knowledge and selling points to facilitate sales conversion.
5. Continuously optimize the language and skills in the live streaming room by combining marketing activities and data.
6. Conduct a review and summary after work every day, analyze the changes in data, and continuously improve the live streaming data.

Job Requirements
1. A full-time undergraduate degree is required. Those with 1 year or more of working experience as a TikTok anchor will be preferred.
2. Age range: 22 - 33 years old, gender is not limited. Proficient in English listening and speaking.
3. Have good language expression skills, a strong sense of presence in front of the camera and excellent expressiveness.
4. Have a strong learning ability, good on-the-spot adaptability and psychological quality.
5. Have a good image and temperament, be interested in building one's own overseas IP image. Those with experience in short video production, live streaming and self-media operation will be preferred.
6. Have a good working attitude and team spirit, possess divergent thinking, and have a certain sense of self-management and corresponding ability.
Salary and Benefits: /Basic salary + performance bonus + commission. The pre-tax basic salary is 10,000 - 20,000 yuan per month, and the comprehensive pre-tax salary is 15,000 - 30,000 yuan per month.
Work Location:Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City.
