Elementary School English Head Teacher/ Kindergarten teacher/ Middle school English teacher, NATIVE speaker, prefer candidates from Canada or Australia or US or UK

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Have a passion for teaching and a love for young children.
• Be knowledgeable about best practices in early childhood. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of child development in the early years (6- 12 years age band).
• Demonstrate understanding of progressive practices.
• Show the ability to motivate and stimulate children's learning abilities through a range of experiences.
• Provide a secure environment to learn, care for and support for the developmental needs of each child - assisting the development of children's personal, social and language abilities, speech and communication, mathematical and creative development.
• Support planning and teaching the language arts, math, social studies and science scope and sequence.
• Cultivate and maintain a safe and inclusive classroom culture that values various perspectives.
• Demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness
• Be a skilled writer and communicator.
• Demonstrate knowledge of assessment practices and experience with reporting.
• Be motivated to grow and be willing to collaborate with others.
Qualifications, Experiences and Skills:
• Bachelor degree is a minimum.
• Proven working experience as an Elementary school teacher, Elementary school teacher assistant or teacher aide.
• Excellent knowledge of child development and latest education theories and practices
• Creative and artistic teaching abilities; proficiency at interactive teaching
• Patience and flexibility
• Good team-player attitude and solid communication skills.
• Candidates must satisfactorily complete a nationwide criminal background check for visa application.
