Job Responsibilities:
•Responsible for the artistic development and planning of GOH Children's Ballet Group, clarifying its artistic positioning, and ensuring the ballet group's development aligns with this orientation;
•Responsible for the creation of performances/competitions and other programs, including repertory direction, rehearsal, and production conception, ensuring the artistic quality of the programs;
•Responsible for the teaching management of the ballet group, including curriculum development, teacher management, and teaching instruction;
•Responsible for overseeing the implementation of teaching within the ballet group, setting assessment standards, and ensuring the teaching quality of the ballet group;
•Supervising the teaching quality of ballet teachers.
Job Requirements:
•Full-time professional ballet performance program graduates or above;
•Five years or above experience as principal ballet dancer in professional ballet company ;
•Proficient in ballet education and experience in children’s ballet teaching;
•Capable of choreographing, preference given to candidates with choreographed works that have been publicly performed and ticketed;
•Preference given to candidates who have won national or higher-level awards related to ballet performance and choreography;
•Possess an international artistic perspective and a deep understanding of ballet art and ballet education for children;
•Excellent communication and management skills;
•Identify with Guangzhou Opera House Children's Ballet's artistic mission and teaching model;

Established in 2010, Guangzhou Opera House Art Education Center consists of four performing arts groups: Guangzhou Opera House Children's Choir, Guangzhou Opera House Children's Ballet, Guangzhou Opera House Youth Marching Band and Guangzhou Opera House Youth String Orchestra.
