Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Recruit and Interview: Identify and attract top talent for the organization. This involves writing compelling job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Talent Acquisition Process Management: Oversee the entire talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles. Collaborate with departmental managers to understand the skills and competencies required for open positions.
Training and Development
Identify Skill Gaps: Assess the current skill levels of employees and identify areas where training is needed to enhance performance and career growth.
