About the Role:
We are looking for highly qualified and experienced professionals to join our client's research think tank as contracted advisors.The role will involve providing expert insights and strategic advice on EU policies,economic trends,security matters,climate and energy issues,and international relations.The successful candidates will work remotely and collaborate with our global team to deliver comprehensive and timely intelligence to support our client's investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
This is a contracted position that allows for remote work, offering flexibility to fit around your existing commitments. As a Think Tank Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting our client's investments in the EU. Your responsibilities will span across a diverse range of areas:
• Policy Consultation: You will be expected to analyze EU policies, keeping abreast of the latest regulatory changes and offering strategic advice to ensure our client's investments align with the current and future policy landscape.
• Economic Investment: Utilize your economic acumen to assess investment opportunities, conduct risk assessments, and provide forecasts to help our client make informed decisions on where to allocate resources for maximum returns.
• Security Safeguard: Identify potential security threats and challenges related to our client's business operations in the EU and propose effective safeguard measures to protect assets and interests.
• Climate and Energy: With the growing importance of sustainability, you'll offer expertise on climate change impacts, energy transition opportunities, and guide our client in making environmentally responsible and economically viable investment choices.
• International Relations: Leverage your understanding of global dynamics and EU's position in the international arena to anticipate how diplomatic, trade, and geopolitical factors could influence our client's investments.
• Provide in-depth analysis and insights on EU policies,regulations,and economic trends relevant to investment decisions.
• Offer strategic advice on security and geopolitical factors that may impact investments in the EU.
• Conduct research on climate and energy policies,and their implications for sustainable investment opportunities.
• Analyze international relations and geopolitical developments that could affect the EU investment landscape.
• Develop and maintain unique information sources and networks to ensure access to the latest and most relevant data.
• Prepare concise and actionable reports,briefings,and presentations for senior management.
• Collaborate with other members of the think tank to integrate diverse perspectives and enhance the quality of insights.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in policy analysis,economic research,security studies,climate and energy policy,or international relations.
• Proven track record of working in think tanks,consulting firms,government agencies,or related organizations.
• Expertise:
• Deep understanding of EU policies,economic trends,and investment landscapes.
• Strong knowledge of security,climate,and energy issues,as well as international relations.
• Skills:
• Exceptional analytical and research capabilities.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and present it in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
