IB International K12 School in Suzhou, Jiangsu is hiring for Aug 2025. (12 months' pay)
Location: Huqiu district of Suzhou, (we have school bus to SIP area of Suzhou everyday),

Aug start: 1 MS/HS ESL teacher,

Employment package:
• Salary： 20,000-30,000 rmb/m before tax,
• Housing allowance: 5,000 rmb/m for single teacher, 7,000 rmb/m for couple,
• Airfare at beginning and end of contract and Annual Air Travel Allowance including dependents
• Shipping allowance at the beginning and end of contract (up to 7,000 each),
• Tuition waiver for children of teachers
• Group Medical Insurance
• On-going professional teacher development and training programs
*Winter and summer holidays are fully paid. （3 weeks paid Christmas, 6 weeks for summer, 1 week for spring holiday in April）
* 2 years' contract completion bonus: 52,000 rmb,

The role of the English A Teacher:
• This is a full-time position for a teacher to teach English Language & Literature and English B.
• The teacher will be teaching both Language & Literature and Language Acquisition classes in both the IB Diploma Programme and the Middle Years Programme.
• The teacher will also serve as Extended Essay supervisor, Personal Project supervisor, and CAS project supervisor as needed.
• The teacher will work collaboratively with the other members of the English Language Department to plan and implement the Language Policy of the school.
• The teacher will complete the necessary and ongoing professional development requirements needed to teach their subject at both the DP and MYP level.

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education or higher, with related major.
• Hold a valid teaching license from a state licensing board or Education Department.
• Minimum 2 years’ verifiable subject teaching experience in K-12 school.
• Fluency in English speaking and writing
