Johnson Electric (JE) is hiring an English Teacher to join our Johnson Electric Technical College (JETC) team to improve the English skills of our students and graduates. Work location: Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province

Your responsibilities will be to:
1. Deliver effective English lessons and activities to JETC students and graduates including listening, writing and speaking skills
2. Selecting and preparation of teaching and assessment materials. Organizing English speaking activities to enhance fluency, accuracy and confidence of their English-speaking skills
3. Collaborating with JETC Teachers, Education Authority to ensure English tutorial contents are recognized by authority to obtain certificate
4. Working with department, JETC teachers etc. to organize English presentation in walkthrough and guest visits etc.
5. Inspiring and motivating students’ interest in learning and make learning enjoyable and effective
6. Measuring and evaluating behaviours and effectiveness of students’ performance and report to management on a regular basis

Our requirements:
1. Must be an English-speaking teacher with proven teaching experience ideally teaching experience in junior/senior high school level. Will consider retired English teacher
2. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in related discipline
3. Certified with CELTA would be an advantage, familiar with communicative approach
4. Willing to base in Jiangmen (Guangdong Province) and work flexibly according to teaching needs
5. Patience in teaching students aged around 15 – 18 and adults, dealing with high volume of people
6. Team player to collaborate with different people at all people from department and PRC education authority
