Our goal is to make English learning fun, lighthearted, and deeply meaningful for students from middle-class and lower-income backgrounds across Asia—many of whom may never have the opportunity to travel and experience British culture firsthand.

# Your Role:
1. Teach fun, engaging English lessons (Phonics, Reading, Writing, and Conversation).
2. Use storytelling, games, and creative activities to make learning exciting.
3. Foster a warm, friendly, and encouraging learning environment.
4. Adapt teaching methods to meet students' needs.
5. Introduce elements of British culture in a fun and relatable way.

### What We’re Looking For:
✅ Native English speaker from the UK or the US with clear pronunciation.
✅ Currently based in China.
✅ Available between 4 PM – 9 PM Beijing Time (UTC+8) / 8 AM – 1 PM UK Time (GMT/BST).
✅ Energetic, sincere, and relatable teaching style – we love teachers who connect with students!
✅ Culturally aware and excited to share British culture in a fun, engaging way.
✅ Experience in teaching phonics to young learners is highly valued.
✅ Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
✅ TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (preferred but not required).
✅ Prior experience teaching young learners is an advantage.
