Shanghai School Need Art Teacher in August 2025

School Type: International school
Location: Shanghai City, China
Position: Fulltime Art and Design Teacher
• Working Hour: 8 hours (Mon-Fri) Weekends off

【Salary and Benefits】
Salary: RMB 25-35k pre tax per month ,It's negotiable；
1. Good and comfortable working environment；
2. Provide lunch and snacks；
3. Provide work permit and work visa;
4. Social Insurance and Health Insurance;
5. Chinese national holidays and Christmas holiday ;
6. Air ticket subsidy for finishing contract
7. Performance bonus and one whole month extra salary bonus;
8. Summer and winter vacation (both 3 weeks with paid).

Job Description:
【Responsibilities】
1. Demonstrate an understanding of curriculum, subject content, pedagogical knowledge, and the needs of students by providing relevant learning experiences;
2. Design coherent Instruction and engage students in learning;
3. Manage classroom procedures and managing student behaviors;
4. Create an environment of respect and support;
5. Equipment set up and maintenance, such as teaching materials and classroom decoration;
6. Document students’ learning and assess students to improve teaching and learning;
7. Participate in school-wide teaching activities;
8. A reliable resource for parents;

Related Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with Teaching Certification.  Preferably 3-5 years of teaching experience.  Must be able to teach IGCSE/AS Physics at high school level. We strongly recommend that you have experience in teaching these subjects.  ESL or ESOL teacher training and/or experience is preferred.  Teachers who are very comfortable with technology are preferred.  Proficiency in facilitating lab experiences for ESL/ESOL students. Past rich experience in IG/A-level Labs is a must.  Candidates must be able to successfully clear a criminal background check and provide official college degree.  The candidate should agree on a three-month probation period
