Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher
Location: Songjiang District, Shanghai

Basic Info
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm with 30 minutes
lunch break;
2. Student Age: 3 to 6 years old;
3. Class Size: 18-23 students per class;
4. Location: Songjiang district, Shanghai;

Job Descriptions
1. Design and follow a complete teaching plan;
2. Organize learning material and resources;
3. Use a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate
children’s abilities;
4. Keep a positive and active learning environment for children;
5. Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide
appropriate information;
6. Assess students performance and progress;
7. Participate in other related activities and events held by the school;

Requirements
1. Native English speaker;
2. Bachelor's degree or above required (education or psychology related majors
preferred);
3. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
4. Clear criminal background check;
5. Two years of previous teaching experience in related fields;
6. IB qualification or experience preferred;

Salary and Benefits
1. Salary range 22,000 to 27,000 RMB per month before tax based on experience
and qualifications;
2. Housing allowance 5,000 RMB per month provided;
3. Work visa provided;
4. Commercial insurance provided;
5. Transportation allowance: 1,000 RMB per month available;
6. Annual team building activities organized by the school;
7. Professional training available;
8. Contract completion bonus available;
9. Festival bonus of 2,000 RMB given on Teacher’s Day and the Spring Festival;
