Position Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for building connections with KOC/KOL in Southeast Asia, overseeing the entire process including: influencer invitations, sample shipping, script communications, video delivery, short video/live streaming collaborations, etc.
2. Regularly maintain relationships with influencers to increase communication engagement, manage the influencer database, and periodically conduct professional analysis of influencer data (fan profiles, traffic).
3. Collaborate with TikTok e-commerce operations, provide content guidance to influencers based on promoted products, and produce content materials that meet requirements.
4. Independently explore short video business collaborations to assist in store traffic generation and create hit products. Based on backend data metrics, complete product selection for influencers, review influencer short video content, and plan subsequent live streaming content.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors, such as conversion rates and sales, continuously optimizing the direction of influencer development.

【Job Requirements】
1. Associate degree or above, fluent communication and precise expression in E-commerce, Malay/English;
2. Experience in connecting with overseas influencers on TikTok, preferred if you have relevant platform influencer resources;
3. Prior experience in media business cooperation, negotiation, business expansion, and project collaboration planning is preferred;
4. Proficient in using various data analysis tools, capable of independently expanding the market;
5. Strong team spirit and communication skills, highly execution-oriented.
岗位职责:
1、负责建联东南亚KOC/KOL,全流程跟进,包括:达人邀约、寄样、脚本沟通、视频交付,短视频/直播合作等
2、定期维护达人,增加沟通的粘性,维护达人数据库,定期对达人数据进行专业分析(粉丝画像、流量)
3、配合 Tiktok 电商运营,结合主推品出具内容指导方向至达人,产出符合要求的内容素材;
4、自主挖掘短视频商务合作。助力店铺引流以致打造爆款。根据后台数据指标,为红人完成选款,审核红人短视频内容,策划红人后续直播内容。
5、完成上级领导交代的其他事项。转化率、销量等),持续优化达人开发方向
【任职要求】
1、 大专及以上学历,电子商务 、马来西亚语/英语进行流畅的沟通和精准的表达;
2、有Tiktok有海外达人建联经验,,有相关平台的达人网红资源者;
3、具有媒体商务合作、沟通谈判、商务拓展、项目合作策划经验者优先;
4、熟练运用各类数据分析工具,能够独立开拓市场
5、具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力。执行力强;
