*Salary, Benefits, and Perks*
1.Competitive salary: Pre-tax yearly salary for newly hired teachers starts from 164,584 RMB to 202,232 RMB according to academic qualifications and background. The university also offers annual salary increase opportunities based on continuous employment (up to 3 years).

3.Workload: 22 teaching periods per week (1 teaching period =45 minutes).

*Requirements*
1.Native English speaker. We are looking for foreign talents preferably from: U.K., U.S.A, Ireland, Australia, Canada , New Zealand and South Africa.
2.Bachelor's degree or above obtained from your home country.
3.At least 2 years teaching experience or has a teaching certificate such as TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification.
4.Understanding and an open-mind to the challenges of living and working in China.
5.Sound presentation skills and classroom management skills.
6.Under the age of 51.
*Remark*: You will also be asked for a 10 minutes demo class in our Skype interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be replied to. Once employed, your work permit application will begin in this May and please prepare for Apostille certificate for highest degree and non-criminal records documents in advance.

Since its inception, Guangdong Pei Zheng College has distinguished itself through our practical approach to foreign language education.
