Job Responsibilities 岗位职责

Design age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals.
根据教学目标设计符合学生年龄的课程教案。

Deliver interactive online classes using multimedia tools (e.g., slides, videos, games).
运用多媒体工具（课件、视频、游戏等）开展互动式在线教学。

Adapt teaching methods for 1-on-1 or small group settings.
灵活调整教学方法，适应一对一或小组课模式。

2. Student Progress Management 学生学习管理
Track student performance through regular assessments.
通过定期测评跟踪学生学习进展。

Provide personalized feedback to students and parents.
向学生及家长提供个性化学习反馈。

Adjust teaching strategies based on individual learning needs.
根据学生需求动态调整教学方案。

3. Classroom Engagement 课堂管理
Create a positive, inclusive online learning environment.

5. Administrative Tasks 教务支持
Submit class reports and attendance records on time.
