1. **Market Research & Analysis**
- Conduct primary and secondary research to monitor global and regional trends in the flavor/fragrance industry (e.g., food & beverage, personal care, home care, fine fragrances).
- Track competitor activities, product launches, pricing strategies, and market share dynamics.
- Analyze consumer behavior, regulatory changes, and technological advancements impacting the industry.
- Identify growth opportunities in niche segments (e.g., natural/organic ingredients, sustainable solutions).

2. **Data Analysis & Reporting**
- Translate complex data sets (sales, customer feedback, market forecasts) into clear, actionable reports.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to cross-functional teams.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly market updates and present findings to senior leadership.

3. **Customer & Product Insights**
- Collaborate with Sales and R&D teams to understand client needs and align product development with market demands.
- Support customer segmentation and targeting strategies through data-driven analysis.
- Evaluate the performance of existing flavor/fragrance portfolios and recommend optimization strategies.

4. **Strategic Support**
- Assist in forecasting market demand and revenue projections for new/existing products.
- Contribute to business cases for product launches, partnerships, or geographic expansions.
- Monitor macroeconomic factors (e.g., raw material costs, supply chain risks) impacting the industry.

5. **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with Marketing, R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to align market insights with operational plans.
- Support marketing campaigns with competitive intelligence and customer profiling.

6. **Compliance & Innovation**
- Stay updated on industry regulations (e.g., IFRA, FDA, EU guidelines) affecting flavor/fragrance applications.
- Explore emerging trends (e.g., clean-label products, AI-driven flavor creation) to inform innovation pipelines.
