This position is based in Mexico/Colombia
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of local customers in Latin America, and establishing long-term stable customer relationships;
2. Responsible for the development and maintenance of KOLs/KOCs in Latin America, planning and executing third-party cooperation activities to enhance brand awareness;
3. Responsible for planning and executing offline events in Latin America, enhancing brand influence and attracting potential customers;
4. Responsible for participating in Latin American industry exhibitions, setting up exhibitions, acquiring customers, and following up on subsequent events;
5. Analyze the market dynamics and competition in Latin America to provide support for marketing strategies;
6. Coordinate cross departmental resources to ensure smooth project execution and achieve expected results;
7. Develop and implement daily operational processes for the Latin American market to ensure timely completion of projects.
Qualifications for the position:
1. As a working language, Spanish has fluent listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities;
2. Strong negotiation thinking and social skills, able to establish and maintain good relationships with clients and partners;
3. Have negotiation experience and experience in developing exhibition clients, able to represent the company in promoting at exhibitions;
4. Have experience in giving speeches at business forums and salons, able to independently plan and host offline events, and recruit for events;
5. Strong execution and communication skills, able to quickly implement ideas and have strong action capabilities;
6. Results oriented, with good self driving ability, able to independently drive project progress;
7. Possess market analysis skills, able to deeply understand the dynamics of the European market, and provide support for strategic adjustments;
8. Good time management and multitasking skills, able to handle multiple projects and efficiently advance them;
9. Cross cultural communication skills, able to collaborate smoothly in a multicultural environment;
10. Project management experience is preferred, able to coordinate all aspects of activities from planning to execution.
