Job Responsibilities
1. Showcase and promote the company's products (e.g. underwear) during the live stream to capture the audience's interest and boost sales.
2. Answer the audience's questions through interactive communication, and provide professional product suggestions and user experience.
3. Analyze audience feedback and data performance in the live broadcast room in real time, optimise the live broadcast content, and improve the conversion rate.
4. Assist in the planning and execution of the brand's live broadcast activities and related promotional activities.
5. Maintain the brand image and ensure that the language expression and behaviour during the live broadcast are in line with the brand tonality.
Qualifications:
1. Language skills: fluent English expression, good communication skills, able to interact with the audience confidently and clearly.
2. Live broadcast experience: At least 1 year of live broadcast experience, know how to show the selling points of the product in front of the camera, and be familiar with the operation of the live broadcast platform.
3. Sales skills: Have good sales skills and be able to flexibly adjust the recommended content according to the needs of the audience.
4. Appearance and image: decent image, positive and sunny, and affinity; It needs to be in line with the brand style (e.g., underwear products need to be presented in a comfortable and natural way).
5. Product knowledge: familiar with product categories (such as underwear, fashion clothing, etc.), and be able to clearly introduce product features and advantages.
6. Time management: Have good time management skills, be able to flexibly arrange live broadcast time, and adapt to flexible working hours (such as evenings and weekends).
7. Teamwork: Have a good sense of teamwork, and be able to work closely with operation, marketing, planning and other teams.
