Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher
Location: Central Area, Beijing
School Type: Kindergarten
Start Date: ASAP

Basic Info
1. Working Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm, 8 hours per day, 2 days off;
2. Student Age: 3 to 6 years old;
3. Class Size: 20 students per class;

Job Description
1. Design and follow a complete teaching plan suitable for young children;
2. Properly organize and utilize learning materials and resources;
3. Implement a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and
stimulate children’s abilities;
4. Maintain a positive and active learning environment for children;
5. Keep an open line of communication with parents and provide them with appropriate information;
6. Assess student performance and progress in a timely fashion;
7. Participate in other related activities and events held by the school;

Requirements
1. Native English speaker;
2. Bachelor's degree or above;
3. Clear criminal background check;
4. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification or at least two years of previous teaching
experience in related field;

Salary and Benefits
1. Salary range from 30,000 to 32,000 RMB after tax based on experience and qualifications;
2. Housing allowance included in the salary package;
