Supplier Search and Analysis
● Identify manufacturers based on technical specifications from international clients
● Conduct tenders and evaluate offers in terms of price, lead time, and quality
● Verify supplier reliability and maintain a qualified vendor base
Negotiations and Contract Management
● Negotiate commercial terms (pricing, delivery schedules, warranties)
● Draft and manage contracts in both English and Mandarin
Logistics Coordination and Documentation
● Coordinate shipments via sea, air, rail, and road transport
● Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners
● Prepare full export documentation packages: invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin,
MSDS, and others
Quality Control and Reporting
● Organize inspections and ensure technical compliance
● Provide regular status updates to INIX Group’s Dubai HQ
● Recommend process improvements and enhancements to supplier management

This job has specific requirements you’ll need to meet to be eligible for consideration. Check the following before applying.

Minimum 3 years of procurement experience; strong knowledge of Chinese supplier markets, especially
Fluent in Mandarin and Business English (spoken and written)
Proven skills in negotiation, contracting, and logistics coordination
University degree in Logistics, International Trade, Engineering, or Chemistry
Solid understanding of Incoterms, export procedures, and international documentation
