Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 hours per day 7:40am to 4:30pm, 30 lessons (6 new lesson plans) per week, 40min per class;
Student Level: Grades 5
Size of Class: Around 30 students;
Position: Grade 5 Homeroom Teacher;
Location: Jiangxia District, Wuhan;

Job Description

Follow the designated curriculum and make lesson plans suitable for the students accordingly;
Provide quality instruction using diverse teaching and assessment approaches appropriately;
Effectively manage classrooms to promote learning;
Design & implement suitable teaching-related documents;
Contribute to subject curriculum development if needed;
Participate in school academic and non-academic activities;
Engage in collaborative work with Chinese & international colleagues;

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above preferable with Drama Teaching experience
TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
Clear criminal background check;
Two years of previous teaching experience preferred;
PGCE/QTS/US teaching license or other equivalent certificates preferred;

Salary and Benefits

Base salary around 26,000 RMB per month based on experience and qualifications;
Housing allowance 2,000 RMB per month;
Yearly bonus:4,500 RMB each semester, 2 semesters a year;
Accommodation provided (1 bedroom and 1 living room outside of school);
Work visa provided;
Commercial insurance provided;
School fee discount for dependents:
-1 years serviced for the school,70% off for the school fee
-3 years serviced for the school,85% off for the school fee
Flight reimbursement 8,000 RMB available upon contract completion;
Monthly training and before school training provided;
Holidays:
- All Chinese statutory holidays
- 4 weeks Winter holiday
- 6 weeks Summer holiday
