Basic Info

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week;
Student Age: 3-6 years old;
Location: Nanshan/Futian District, Shenzhen;

Job Descriptions

Preparing daily, weekly and monthly lesson plans;
Communicating with parents about children’s performance;
Completing assessments and portfolios on children’s development;
Working closely with fellow Chinese teachers to create a safe, caring, and friendly classroom environment;
Assisting in co-coordinating and organizing special school events;

Requirements

Native English speaker;
Bachelor's degree or above required (early childhood education related majors preferred);
TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
Clear criminal background check;
A minimum of two years kindergarten teaching experience;

Salary and Benefits

Salary range 20,000 to 30,000 RMB per month after tax with housing allowance included based on experience and qualifications;
Work visa provided;
Standard insurance provided;
Breakfast and lunch provided during workdays;
Annual round-trip flight reimbursement available;
Performance bonus available: Up to 10% of the total net salary of the contract;
Holidays:
- Paid school holidays 48 days
- Paid sick leave day 4 days
- Unpaid sick leave day 2 days
- Unpaid casual leave day 5 days
