Ballet Teacher Wanted

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled **Ballet Teacher** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in classical ballet, experience teaching children, and the ability to inspire young dancers in a structured yet creative environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
-Monthly Salary:23,000–25,000 RMB (based on experience)
- Flight Allowance:7,500 RMB per semester
- Housing:Free apartment provided OR 1,500 RMB/month housing allowance
- Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 20,000 RMB
- Days Off:2 consecutive days off per week
- Full paid summer and winter holidays
Teaching Schedule:
- Weekly Teaching Load:18–22 class hours (1 class hour = 40 minutes)
Requirements:
- Previous teaching experience, preferably with children (ages 6–12)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Patient, energetic, and dedicated to student development
- Fluent in English
