Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop a recruitment plan for target candidates based on company and job analysis;
2. Quickly search for candidates through various channels, conduct interviews, tests, and comprehensive quality assessments;
3. Communicate and coordinate interview arrangements between candidates and the company, follow up on progress and provide timely feedback;
4. Candidate background check, salary negotiation, offer follow-up, onboarding follow-up, etc.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, more than one year of headhunting experience, focusing on manufacturing, Internet, new energy, semiconductor, finance or a certain industry;
2. Familiar with the competency model of high-end positions in the industry, able to accurately control the employer's job requirements for such positions, and proficient in communication skills with such talents;
3. Good language expression and communication coordination skills, familiar with the internal management processes of the enterprise and the career planning of candidates, and able to understand the underlying nuances of both parties;
4. I enjoy the profession of headhunting, which allows me to find happiness in achieving success for others and in long-term service.

岗位职责：
1、根据公司以及职位的分析，制定目标候选人的寻访招聘方案；
2、通过各种渠道快速寻访候选人，进行面试、测试、全维度素质评估；
3、沟通协调候选人与公司之间的面试安排，跟进进展并及时反馈；
4、候选人背景调查，薪酬谈判，offer跟进，入职跟进等。
任职要求：
1、本科学历，1年以上猎头经验，专注于制造业、互联网、新能源、半导体、金融或某一行业；
2、熟悉该行业高端岗位的能力模型，能精准把控雇主对此类岗位的任职要求，能熟练掌握与此类人才的沟通技巧；
3、良好的语言表达与沟通协调能力，对企业的内部管理流程及候选人的职业规划均熟知，能懂双方背后的弦外音优胜；
4、喜欢做猎头的职业，能在成就他人的时候获取快乐，能在长期的服务中获得幸福感。
