Middle School MYP Mathematics Teacher Position Available at Suzhou Science and Technology Town International School
An International School in Suzhou Science and Technology Town is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Middle School MYP Mathematics Teacher to join our dynamic and innovative educational community. The position will commence in August 2025.
Job Details:
• Basic Salary: 30000- 35000 RMB per month
• Bonus: 30000 RMB annually
• Air Ticket: 10,000 RMB annually
• Work Hours: 7:40 am - 4:30 pm (with a 1.5-hour lunch break)
• Housing Allowance: 3,000 RMB or on-campus dormitory accommodation
• Insurance: Comprehensive medical and accident insurance provided
• Sick Leave: Two days of paid sick leave per semester
• Holidays: Fully paid summer and winter holidays, as well as all Chinese public holidays
• School Bus: Provided
• Canteen Meals: Provided
• Students' Age: 13 to 16 years old
• Class Size: 15 students per class
Candidate Requirements:
1. Nationality: From English-speaking countries.
2. Experience: At least 2 years of middle school teaching experience, preferably in Mathematics.
3. Education: Authenticated bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
4. Background Check: Chinese-embassy-authenticated background check.
5. Health Report: A valid health check report.
Job Requirements:
6. Teach MYP Mathematics in accordance with the IB standards.
7. Plan, prepare, and record lessons through ManageBac.
8. Monitor, assess, and record student progress on a timely basis using ManageBac.
9. Design and plan classroom displays that reflect student learning and progress.
10. Supervise classroom activities and support student-led conferences.
11. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and organize Unit Reflection Exhibitions.
12. Communicate effectively with parents before and after the completion of each unit.
13. Actively participate in workshops, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences.
