Salary & benefits:
- Monthly salary: RMB 25,000–30,000 before tax (based on qualifications and experience)
- Housing allowance: RMB 8,000/month
- Contract completion bonus: up to 15% of 24 months salary

Qualifications & requirements:
- Native English speaker from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field
- Valid PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching certification in Drama
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience
- Experience teaching the IGCSE curriculum is preferred
